If you did not know, let our syrups taste fantastically and prepared for the hot!
In a series of recipes that we have prepared for you on our blog, we will introduce some proven combinations in alcohol and non-alcoholic versions. The first is the classic herb tea and lemon. A pleasant winter combination will warm up when you need it most and cool down whenever the situation demands.
Preparing all recipes is very simple and fast. No school or courses required. You just want to make up and especially to drink it all!
All recipes are mixed at the same dilution ratio of 1:10 as with cold lemonade. It is recommended to warm the water to hot drinks to 80 ° C so that you do not burn. Also do not hesitate to eat fresh herbs, slices of fresh or dried fruit and so adjust the beverage according to your choices, but especially the taste.
The preparation itself is not at all complicated. Simply put all ingredients into the glass, smear them with hot water, shake, dare and good in the world!
Thyme Punch (2 cl)
1.5 cl of syrup Thyme & Lemon
4 cl of brown rum (also UM!)
1.5 cl of citric juice
9 cl of water
Add the rum, liqueur, syrup and juice to the kettle and heat to the boil. Pour into a warm cup or cup, add thyme, lemon juice and serve.
Of course, you can also prepare a non-alcoholic version. Taste (more or less) as great as the one with alcohol!
Hot Thyme & Lemon (3 dcl)
Add 3 cl of syrup to the hot cup and pour in 1:10 hot water. Add dried lemon, fresh thyme and serve.
Thyme-lemon lemonade (0.5 l)
Pour 4 cc of syrup into a full ice cube, add lemon slices and add water. Stir and mix with fresh thyme or add 1 dcl of orange juice (this is a real refreshing bomb). Served with a cup! As otherwise.
